Monthly Rate: $112.50 (30 min lessons each week)
Single/Trial Lesson: $32 (30 min)
Joe (Guitar, Ukulele, Beginning Banjo & Beginning Mandolin) has been performing and teaching professionally for fourteen years. He has a background in Jazz and Rock styles and places an emphasis on music theory and improvisation in his teaching. Joe’s extensive performance history includes several area big bands, rock bands, and solo work. He also plays guitar in many area theaters including: Starlight, The Unicorn, New Theatre Restaurant, Musical Theater Heritage, Spinning Tree Theater, Metropolitan Ensemble Theater, and American Heartland Theater. Joe often fills in for high school and college theaters including: Kansas University Theater, UMKC Theater, and Avila University. Joe has performed on guitar, mandolin, banjo, and ukulele. He has performed on television (KCLive w/Joel Nichols and Michelle Davidson), in the recording studio and on stage. Joe studied at UMKC and Berklee College of Music and studied privately with Jimmy Dykes, Danny Embrey, and Doug Niedt. ​
